Description
Laser Micro Welding using pulsed laser light. We can weld most steels up to High Speed Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper & alloys, titanium. Welds as small as 0.3mm. Plastic mould repair, with or without filler rod. Fusion welding (no filler rod). Assembly of small parts, mechanical, medical, scientific, electrical etc. Very small heat input & heat affected zone, no distortion of parent metal, good penetration. Can weld dissimilar metals. We can do things no other welding process can.
