Tabs is a self help education website for people affected by post traumatic stress disorder after childbirth, making the clear distinction between post natal depression and ptsd. Since May 1998, five mothers began raising the profile of ptsd occuring around childbirth. Tabs believes that with the correct diagnosis and professional help, people can recover from ptsd.
