Birthcare is a purpose built primary maternity hospital situated in parnell. Birthcare provides full maternity care including births, postnatal stay, midwifery team, antenatal and postnatal classes.Birthing is free if you are a New Zealand resident or you have a 2 year work visa.To birth at Birthcare you will have to have a midwife as your LMC or a Birthcare Team Midwife. birth.If you are unable to birth at Birthcare, you are able to transfer after birth for your postnatal stay.
